Calculate Cap Rate

Cap Rate = (NOI / Property Value) × 100

Example: $50,000 NOI ÷ $500,000 = 10% Cap Rate

Calculate Property Value

Property Value = NOI / (Cap Rate / 100)

Example: $50,000 NOI ÷ 0.10 = $500,000

Calculate Required NOI

NOI = Property Value × (Cap Rate / 100)

Example: $500,000 × 0.10 = $50,000

Calculate NOI

NOI = Gross Income - Operating Expenses

Example: $80,000 Rent - $30,000 Expenses = $50,000
